Jumping Panda is a digital marketing agency: we build websites and online stores and manage social media, advertising and search rankings, among other services. We offer services (not physical products), and payments for our services are made through digital payment providers (Stripe, PayPal and Mercado Pago).
2. What data do we collect?
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact data you give us: your name, email address, phone number and the message or information you share when you fill out our contact form, message us on WhatsApp or send us an email.
- Payment data: when you hire and pay for our services, the payment is processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal and Mercado Pago) under their own privacy policies. We do not store your card data: we may only receive the payment confirmation and basic transaction data.
- Browsing data: technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with our site, collected through first-party and third-party cookies and tracking technologies (Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft), including behavior metrics, heatmaps and session recordings (Microsoft Clarity).
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
3. What do we use your data for?
Necessary purposes (so we can assist you and provide the service):
- Answering your messages, questions and quote requests.
- Providing our services and following up on them.
- Keeping in touch with you about your project.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.
Additional purposes (not necessary, and they require your consent):
- Showing you advertising and measuring its performance, including remarketing through Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft.
- Sending you promotions and marketing communications.
You can opt out of the additional purposes at any time, by managing your cookies or by writing to us. Declining them does not affect the services we provide you.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party and third-party cookies and tracking technologies, from Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft, for two purposes:
- Analytics: understanding how the site is used and improving it.
- Advertising: showing you relevant ads and measuring their performance, including remarketing.
We work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavior metrics, heatmaps and session recordings, in order to improve and promote our products and services. Site usage data is captured through first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can manage or delete them from your browser settings.
5. Who do we share your data with?
To operate the site and communicate with you, we rely on providers that process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policies:
- Site hosting: GitHub Pages
- Network and security: Cloudflare
- Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Meta Ads / Pixel), TikTok (TikTok Ads / Pixel) and Microsoft (Clarity and Microsoft Advertising)
- Payment processing: Stripe, PayPal and Mercado Pago

We may also disclose your information when required by law or to respond to requests from competent authorities.
